Marvellous breakfast and good choice of goodies. Amicable and helpful staff and altogether a perfect 10/10 experience. Nicely decorated and stunningly beautiful hotel in an absolutely perfect setting in a calm neighborhood.

We got to switch to a room with AC, which was a nice surprise. the breakfast had a lot of tasty choices and it was really good. the location of this place was convenient, not far from the city center. 🌟

Our experience was just perfect from the moment we checked in. We truly enjoyed this trendy boutique hotel. - the staff was friendly and helpful and created a quiet atmosphere. - It had a quiet location just off the city center, close to the Ferrari museum and Maserati museum in Modena.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful, offering a marvellous breakfast and great value. the room is stylish, with a big bathroom, and the staff is accommodating. the location is peaceful and perfect, next to the Ferrari museum, the stadium of Modena, and the city center. It was a perfect stay with no complaints at all.

clean and bright room with comfortable bed. private and peaceful with no shared bathroom during stay. Luca was helpful and even ironed a shirt for me. great location just a 15-minute walk from city centre.

I felt at home from the first moment. Terrific host, kind and helpful. Great tips for dining and exploring. Delicious homemade breakfast. Spacious, clean room and bathroom. Lovely location near a park with parking available. Immaculate property.

Spacious rooms in a peaceful green environment, perfect for a good rest after exploring. Welcoming owner prepares amazing breakfast. Immaculately clean, communication with owner was easy. Located just outside the city center, with easy access to transportation. Strong AC, huge bathroom, free parking.
